The Rebellion of the People - Do we not all have one father? Did not one God create us? Why do we betray one another, thus making light of the covenant of our ancestors?

Les mariages mixtes - Ne sommes-nous pas tous enfants d’un père unique ? N’avons-nous pas été créés par un seul Dieu ? Comment donc pouvons-nous agir avec traîtrise chacun envers son compatriote et profaner ainsi l’alliance conclue avec nos pères ?

Не один ли у всех нас Отец? Не один ли Бог сотворил нас? Почему же мы вероломно поступаем друг против друга, нарушая тем завет отцов наших?
